While refresher training is not compulsory, it is strongly recommended best practice under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 to ensure HSRs remain competent, informed, and effective in their role.

The course revisits key HSR powers and functions, consultation requirements, issue resolution processes, legislative updates, and practical strategies for representing workers and supporting effective workplace safety systems.

Yes. This HSR Refresher course is designed specifically for organisations operating under the Commonwealth WHS framework and aligns with Comcare expectations for approved HSR training providers.

Absolutely. Corporate and group bookings are available and can be delivered on-site or at a suitable location, minimising downtime while ensuring consistent, high-quality training across your organisation.

HSR Refresher training helps organisations maintain compliance, reduce WHS risk, strengthen consultation, and support a proactive safety culture, while ensuring HSRs remain confident and capable in their role.
