SafeWork NSW and Service NSW now have an easier way to apply for new Asbestos Removal Licences and Demolition Licences in NSW.
New applicants can now complete a digital application form for either a Class A or Class B Asbestos Removal licence or a Demolition licence, replacing the previous physical form.
You can access the new digital forms by using MyServiceNSW account. If they don’t have a MyServiceNSW account, one can be created via the ServiceNSW mobile app or on the ServiceNSW website. You will be able to complete all parts of the application online, including lodging all supporting documents and will only need to attend a Service Centre to complete facial verification of their photo identification.
