TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments

  • All cheque payments should be made to Advance OHS and sent to Suite 104/Level 1 30 Cowper St Parramatta NSW 2150.
  • For OHS Induction Construction (Green Card) Courses payment can be made on the day with cheque or cash. Credit card payments can be made online at the time of booking.
  • For all other courses payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course, unless purchase order provided or given prior approval by AdvanceOHS.

Rescheduling, overbooking and cancellation Policy

  • Course fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend or cancel within 24 hours of the course booked. Medical certificates will be accepted. Course must be rebooked and commenced within 4 weeks.
  • AdvanceOHS may impose a 30% cancellation fee if a course booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course.
  • A 20% fee will be imposed for transfers 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the course.
  • There is a small chance that some classes may be overbooked due to no shows and last minute cancellations. If a class is overbooked, we will accept students either on a first in basis; ask for volunteers willing to give up their booking; or at the discretion of AdvanceOHS and/or trainer. In exchange you will receive compensation of Advance OHS choosing that is not greater value than the course fee.
  • Advance OHS reserves the right to cancel courses if there are insufficient registrations.

Privacy

All information provided to AdvanceOHS is subject to Privacy Laws. Information collected will only be used for the purposes of registration or informing you of upcoming courses only.
